Connection is
About Faith
Two blind men came to Jesus to be healed.
He asked them if they really believed He could
make them see again. They said yes. Jesus
touched their eyes and said, “Be it done to you
according to your faith.” Their eyes were then
opened.
Our entire lives are according to our
faith. As we exit life and have the opportunity
to look back upon it, I believe we will have this
realization, and we will be stunned at how much
more control we had over things than we thought.
We have fooled ourselves into thinking we aren't
in control. What we experience is a direct reflection of how
we believe. If we are sad and miserable, it is
because we are weak, and our faith is weak. If
we walk through life with success, happiness and
meaning, it is because our faith is strong.
Everything we perceive here is an illusion, but
it is an illusion that we participate in and we
shape by our thoughts and actions.
As Schroedinger said, matter does not exist, but is
a wave in space and material bodies are only an
illusion. Sharpen your faith. Make your
connection to God as strong as it can be, then
begin shaping your world according to your
faith. |
